Topographic Diagram
The Topographic Chart is a comprehensive survey in which the recording of the existing condition of the property is included as well and the position of the institutional lines in a plan dependent on EGSA 87′ under a specific scale, accompanied by the memorandum bearing the necessary engineer’s declarations certifying the applicable urban plans provisions governing the property.
We undertake the drafting of Topographic Charts for each use:
Laser Scanning
Our office is a pioneer in Tinos using Lidar technology. Our state-of-the-art 3D Laser Scanner captures mass measurements and renders them in point clouds. This point cloud is used to produce floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models.
Advantages of 3D Laser Scanning are saving time for collecting measurements in the field as well as the high accuracy and reliability of the measurements.
