{"id":146,"date":"2025-12-12T21:16:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-12T19:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vidalistopo.gr\/%ce%be%ce%b5%ce%ba%ce%af%ce%bd%ce%b7%cf%83%ce%b5-%ce%b7-%cf%85%cf%80%ce%bf%ce%b2%ce%bf%ce%bb%ce%ae-%ce%b4%ce%b7%ce%bb%cf%8e%cf%83%ce%b5%cf%89%ce%bd-%ce%b9%ce%b4%ce%b9%ce%bf%ce%ba%cf%84%ce%b7%cf%83\/"},"modified":"2025-12-16T16:27:49","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T14:27:49","slug":"upovoli-diloseon-sxedio-tinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vidalistopo.gr\/en\/upovoli-diloseon-sxedio-tinos\/","title":{"rendered":"The submission of property declarations for the expansion of the Tinos Town city plan has begun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested property owners are invited to appear from <strong>Monday 03\/02\/2025<\/strong> through <strong>Friday 28\/02\/2025<\/strong> at <strong>Tinos Town Hall<\/strong>, <strong>first floor<\/strong>, offices of the <strong>Directorate of Technical Services, Building &amp; Environment<\/strong>, on <strong>Monday to Thursday<\/strong> between <strong>09:30\u201313:00<\/strong>, in order to submit <strong>property ownership declarations<\/strong> together with the required supporting documents, within the above-mentioned period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Declarations may be submitted <strong>in person<\/strong>, <strong>by post<\/strong> via <strong>registered mail<\/strong> to the Municipality\u2019s protocol office, or <strong>by email<\/strong>, following a completeness check by the competent department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested owners may contact <strong>Mr. Filippos Foskolos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Telephone: <strong>22833 60173<\/strong><br>Email: <strong><a>epektasi@dimostinou.gr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persons obliged to submit a property ownership declaration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All natural or legal persons who own property within the boundaries of the study area (as depicted on the cadastral diagrams posted on the Municipality\u2019s website \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/dimostinou.gr\">https:\/\/dimostinou.gr<\/a> \u2013 and at the Town Hall) are required to submit a property ownership declaration pursuant to <strong>Article 12 of Law 1337\/1983<\/strong>, as amended and in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, the person obliged to submit a property ownership declaration is the owner of any property holding either <strong>full ownership<\/strong> or <strong>bare ownership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is noted that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The property ownership declaration pertains to each individual owner. If a property belongs to more than one person, as many declarations must be submitted as there are persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The obligation to submit a declaration applies to all properties, regardless of whether they are built upon or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions for completing the property ownership declaration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Municipality\/Area:<\/strong> Fill in the Municipality\/Area to which the property belongs.<br><strong>KAEK:<\/strong> The unique 12-digit Hellenic Cadastre Code Number of the property must be completed.<br><strong>Cadastral property number (optional):<\/strong> The seven-digit number under which the property is depicted on the cadastral diagram posted online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The declaration form consists of the following six sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Owner \/ Co-owner details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. (1.1\u20131.9) Property ownership declaration for a natural person<\/strong><br>Complete the details of the natural person as shown on their police identity card (full name, father\u2019s full name, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. (1.10) Property ownership declaration for a legal entity<\/strong><br>Complete the legal entity\u2019s details as shown in its articles of association\/establishment document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Property details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete:<br>2.1. Method of acquisition (purchase, inheritance, donation, etc.).<br>2.2. The deed\/contract (number, date, notary, volume and registration number at the Land Registry). If the declared right was acquired through more than one deed\/contract, all deeds\/contracts must be listed.<br>2.3. Property area in sq.m. according to the deed\/contract.<br>2.4. Co-ownership percentage as derived from the deed\/contract.<br>2.5. Names and percentages of the other co-owners as derived from the deed\/contract.<br>2.6. Plot location (address, block number, description).<br>2.7. Details of adjacent owners (optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Existing features on the plot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">List in detail the features on the plot: buildings, fences, trees, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Owner\/property details as of the reference date under review<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete the details of the natural or legal person who held the property on the reference\/control date <strong>28-05-2014<\/strong>, as well as the deed\/contract by which they acquired it. These details are very important, as the land contribution will be calculated on their basis.<br>This section is completed only if the current owner\u2019s title of acquisition is later than <strong>28-05-2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supporting documents submitted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the declaration form, the required documents to be submitted as simple photocopies are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Photocopy of police ID card<br>5.2. Title deed(s) of ownership with registration certificates<br>5.3. Photocopies of certificates from the competent Land Registry:<br>A) Ownership<br>B) Encumbrances<br>C) Claims<br>D) Seizures (as applicable)<br>E) Copy of the owner\u2019s registry folio\/page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4. If the current owner\u2019s title of acquisition is later than the reference\/control date <strong>28-05-2014<\/strong>, in addition to the above, submit photocopies of:<br>Deeds\/contracts of the owner as of the reference date (<strong>28-05-2014<\/strong>), accompanied by their registration certificates.<br>5.5. Topographic diagram (submission of one referenced to <strong>EGSA \u201987<\/strong> is recommended)<br>5.6. Legalization documentation for buildings (permits, inclusion in illegal construction legalization laws, pre-1955 buildings, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I HEREBY DECLARE RESPONSIBLY THAT:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The owner must delete what does not apply.<br>In section 6.2, owners are asked to declare whether, instead of all or part of the due monetary contribution, they wish to offer an equivalent-value land area from their property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the declaration is submitted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interested party submits the completed property ownership declaration to <strong>Tinos Town Hall<\/strong>. The special property ownership declaration form may be obtained either from the Town Hall or from the Municipality\u2019s website <a href=\"https:\/\/dimostinou.gr\">https:\/\/dimostinou.gr<\/a>. Alternatively, it may be sent by registered mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methods of submitting property ownership declarations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a) In person<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The owner submits the property ownership declaration and the accompanying documents in person and must present a Police ID card or Passport or other official document for identification, and then sign the declaration.<br>If the declaration is not filed by the owner themselves, it must be accompanied by a certified signature by a public authority or be digitally certified via gov.gr (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou\">https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) By post (registered mail)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property ownership declaration must bear a certified signature by a public authority or be digitally certified via gov.gr (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou\">https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) By email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property ownership declaration must bear a certified signature by a public authority or be digitally certified via gov.gr (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou\">https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ATTENTION!!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting a property ownership declaration is a necessary prerequisite for the proper and error-free preparation of the study.<br>Failure to submit a property ownership declaration by the owner entails serious legal consequences, specifically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any legal transaction concerning the property for which no declaration was submitted is rendered null and void.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not permitted to issue a building permit for a property for which no property ownership declaration was submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Implementation Act Table that will be prepared within the framework of the study, the property will appear as having an unknown owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the ratification of the Implementation Act, the owner who did not submit a property ownership declaration is, in practice, led to the drafting of a corrective act at
